Wordless Wednesday is a daily
prompt at Geneabloggers that asks family historians to create a post in which
the main focus is a photograph or image.
This photo from the album of my grandaunt Helen Killeen
Parker is captioned “Brothers.” Helen
had only ONE brother, so these unknown brothers are friends of the family OR
possibly some of her Glynn cousins.
Most photos are from 1918-21.

Might as well just been captioned Strangers :-(
ReplyDeleteReally!
DeleteWhat a fun picture, suit and tie and hat and sitting in a chair outside and both gentlemen are smiling.
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking my Aunt Helen didn't have flash - there are NO indoor pictures in her albums.
DeleteThe both look happy. It must have been a good day. ☺
ReplyDeleteIt appears so. I wonder how cold it was -- the older guy is wearing gloves.
DeleteLove the hats :)
ReplyDeleteSharp, aren't they?
DeleteWell, look at those hats! Hope you run across some other photos of the Glynn brothers so you can compare...
ReplyDeleteI hope a Glynn cousin will stumble on this site.
Deletecute picture. Maybe some of the Glynns will come forth and ID these two.
ReplyDeleteIF they are Glynns. I'd be satisfied if one of the Glynns could say they're NOT Glynns - at least I wouldn't be wondering if they were.
