I will t...It is always so complicated isn't it? I will tell you about a situation that I had. I could not find parents for one lady and while I knew who I suspected to be her parents, I had no proof. I was dealing with that married-young-left-home-before-listed-on-the-census thing too. So annoying. Eventually I stumbled onto someone that had the journal of this man that I suspected was her father. It turned out that he too was a minister. In his journal he mentioned that daughter in just one place and it was essentially just to say that he had disowned her because of some of her choices, which included not only marrying at a very young age, but she had married someone that was known to be a little on the wild side in that community and her father did not approve. (he worded it a little more colorfully.) She is not in her father's will. I did eventually find a sister to that woman that recorded just that she existed and was a sister, nothing else. <br /><br />Now I am not saying that is the case here, because your evidence leans a little stronger to the other couple, but it sure taught me that things surely aren't always as they appear.Michelle Ganus Taggarthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18238452675846882700noreply@blogger.com
